International Women’s Day – Break the Bias

Join us as we discuss how to “Break the Bias” in our industry to foster a more inclusive culture and increase gender diversity in our workforce.

We will be joined by WiC members who will showcase how their organisations have worked with WiC to put positive action in place.

We will also hear from WiC participants who will share their journeys into construction.

There will be a Q&A session at the end featuring all speakers.
